This page explains how AI Tuning (Sandrex Group EOOD) positions its services and content in relation to regulated sectors such as law, healthcare and financial services. It applies to your use of:

  • the website aituning.io and any content we publish here;
  • examples, demos or prototypes we show in meetings, workshops or webinars;
  • AI models, prompts or workflows that we help you design, fine-tune or deploy.
In short: AI Tuning provides technical and consulting services around AI and large language models. We do not act as a law firm, medical provider or investment adviser, and nothing we provide should be used as a substitute for professional advice from licensed experts in those fields.

1. General Nature of Information & AI-Generated Content

All information and AI-generated outputs you receive from us (including through our website, documents, prototypes, prompts and models) are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They:

  • are not tailored to your specific legal, health or financial situation;
  • may be incomplete, outdated, biased or factually incorrect;
  • must always be reviewed, validated and approved by suitably qualified professionals before use in practice.

AI systems, including large language models, can “hallucinate”, omit important context and fail to apply the latest regulations or case law. You must not rely solely on AI-generated content for decisions that could affect rights, health, finances, safety or regulatory compliance.

  • AI Tuning / Sandrex Group EOOD is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • No doctor–patient or other healthcare relationship is created by using our website, tools, demos or outputs.
  • We do not prescribe medication, do not recommend specific treatments and do not triage or manage patients.

All health-related content or AI outputs (for example summaries of symptoms, explanations of conditions, model-generated patient information) are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Only such professionals can:

  • assess individual medical history, exam findings and test results;
  • make a diagnosis and propose treatment options;
  • decide whether any AI-generated suggestion is safe and appropriate.

Never ignore, delay or change medical advice from your doctor because of something you read on our website or see in an AI-generated output. In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency number or medical services immediately.

4. Financial, Fintech & Crypto Disclaimer – No Investment Advice

You are responsible for:

  • validating AI outputs before using them in production;
  • implementing appropriate human review and approval workflows;

6. Regulated Activities and Client Responsibility
